Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

At FISH Outback Stores, we want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. We understand that shopping online can sometimes make it difficult to choose the correct size or fit, particularly when purchasing clothing and footwear.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150.

Shipping charges for orders under $150 will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sale periods, public holidays, and peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier services.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept returns of merchandise provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item is in saleable condition.
  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • All original labels, tags, and packaging are attached and intact.

Clothing and footwear cannot be returned once worn unless the item is proven to be defective.

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authority. Returns received without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Change of Mind Returns

Please note that FISH Outback Stores does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Where a return is approved, we may issue:

  • A refund to the original payment method; or
  • Store credit to your customer account,

at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Any refund issued will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to sizing or fit, we are happy to assist.

For approved exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
  • FISH Outback Stores will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you for the first exchange only.
  • Any subsequent exchanges will be entirely at the customer's expense.

As sizing can vary between brands and styles, we encourage customers to contact us before purchasing if they require sizing advice.

Return Postage

The customer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

For returns, we recommend using a tracked postal service and enclosing a pre-paid Australia Post satchel where applicable.

FISH Outback Stores cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit during return shipping.

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once the issue has been assessed and confirmed, we will:

  • Replace the item where possible;
  • Provide a refund or store credit where appropriate; and
  • Reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

Photographs may be requested to assist with assessing the fault or incorrect supply.

Sale & Clearance Items

All sale, clearance, markdown, and discounted items are final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please ensure you select the correct size before purchasing sale items.

Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, FISH Outback Stores may offer promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers.

These promotions:

  • May be available online only or in-store only;
  • May be available for a limited time;
  • May be withdrawn or changed without notice.

Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases unless otherwise stated.

Special Orders

Special order items may require payment in full before the order is placed.

As these products are specifically ordered on behalf of the customer, special orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Conditions

Under no circumstances will we accept:

  • Goods returned without a Return Authority;
  • Returns sent on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis; or
  • Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Any unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
